Are you a talented Senior Architect with an eye for design and a passion for development? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in Shan, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create innovative and sustainable designs that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D renderings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs
- Communicate effectively with contractors and team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on design and development
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in sustainable design practices is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. This role is suitable for men who are passionate about architecture. Part-time options may be available for the right candidate.
