We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our design and development team in Shanghai. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of high-quality architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from conceptualization to construction, ensuring all project deliverables are met
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and developments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and development
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software as well as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Prior experience leading a team is preferred
