Sales Manager (Egyptian Nationality) - Shan, Myanmar



A reputable company in Shan, Myanmar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the region. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet their goals
- Monitor market trends and competition to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality, currently living in Shan or willing to relocate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
