Sales Manager - Shan, Myanmar



Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Myanmar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience managing a team.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress towards achieving them
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales roles
- Experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach others
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, as well as benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare. This is an urgent contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
