Senior Architect

We are a leading architecture firm based in Karachi, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from conceptualization to project completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. This is a full-time position based in Karachi. We welcome both local candidates as well as those willing to relocate.
