Senior Architect - Contract Position (Karachi, Pakistan)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of complex architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept through to construction
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications according to client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Proven experience in leading complex architectural projects from concept through to completion
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location: This position is located in Karachi, Pakistan. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this contract position.
