Job Title: Waiter/Waitress at Fine Dining Restaurant in Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Braga, Portugal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and according to order specifications
- Ensure all guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist with setting up tables, preparing beverages, and clearing tables as needed
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to make recommendations to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments accurately using cash or electronic POS systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Knowledge of wine pairing and proper serving techniques preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit/visa for working in Portugal
- Ability to work without accommodation

Salary: 1100$ per month + tips
