Sales Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, finance) to ensure overall company success
- Train new sales representatives on company products/services and sales techniques
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities in the region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Jeddah.
