Sales Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for our company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or similar market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid biometric passport required for travel purposes
