Dietitian

The Dietitian will be responsible for providing expert nutrition advice and education to our clients. They will assess the nutritional needs of our clients and develop personalized meal plans to help them reach their health goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nutrition principles and be able to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with other members of our healthcare team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual nutrition assessments for clients, taking into consideration their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences
- Develop personalized meal plans that align with clients' health goals and provide ongoing support to help them achieve these goals
- Monitor clients' progress, make adjustments to meal plans as needed, and provide ongoing education on proper nutrition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in nutrition in order to provide evidence-based recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations and progress
- Educate clients on how to read food labels, plan healthy meals, and make better food choices
- Act as a resource for other healthcare professionals on nutrition-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Certified Dietitian credential (RD) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a dietitian in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of current nutrition guidelines and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using technology for record keeping
