Commercial Architect - St-Petersburg, Russia


We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project and create detailed plans and drawings that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and vision for the project.
- Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial buildings.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models of the building.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Visit construction sites to oversee progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an architect on commercial projects.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
