Electrical Engineer

We are a fast-growing engineering firm in St-Petersburg, seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects within deadline and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain electrical systems for various projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure project specifications are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design or installation process
- Conduct tests and evaluations of electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards
- Provide technical support to clients and other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes/regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on industrial or commercial projects is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors from diverse backgrounds

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for St-Petersburg. We welcome applicants of Indian or Kenyan nationality who are fluent in English. Salary for this position is $1300 per month.
