Office Administrator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Doha. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working with foreign clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Communicate with foreign clients in English regarding inquiries, orders, and payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office expenses and handle budgeting for supplies
- Assist with employee onboarding process and maintain personnel records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1400$ per month
