We are hiring a skilled Tiler to join our team in Acre, Kenya. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in both residential and commercial settings. Your main goal will be to ensure that all tiling projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and within the given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and removing any debris or obstacles
- Install tiles using various techniques such as mortar, grout, adhesive, or self-adhesive mats
- Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as needed
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of tiling with other aspects of the project
- Guide and assist unskilled workers in tile installation tasks when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of tiles and their installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
