Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with various operating systems and software programs. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Set up new devices and systems for clients
- Train clients on how to effectively use technology
- Maintain computer networks and ensure security measures are in place
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or software
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient with various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and software programs (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of computer networks and security measures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required
