As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online discussions and content in both English and Urdu languages. Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and user-generated content in English and Urdu languages
- Respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Identify any inappropriate or violating content according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or escalate them as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation
- Provide reports on user activity and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Urdu languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in online moderation is a plus but not required

Salary: 1400$
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (candidates from Pakistan or other nationalities are welcome)
