As a Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for learning the skills and knowledge necessary to become a fully qualified driver. You will work closely with experienced drivers to learn safe driving techniques, vehicle maintenance, and route planning. Responsibilities:
- Attend training sessions and classes to learn driving laws and regulations
- Practice safe driving techniques under the guidance of experienced drivers
- Assist with vehicle maintenance, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, and general upkeep
- Plan routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods or passengers
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of trips and deliveries
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license from Chelyabinsk or another country
- Fluent in English or Filipino (Tagalog)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods if required

Salary: Starting salary of $1000 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

City: Chelyabinsk, Russia (open to candidates from other cities in Russia)

Nationality/Location Preference: Filipino driver trainees preferred due to shared language but open to all nationalities as long as they have the necessary qualifications.

Note: This job does not require previous experience as a driver but candidates should have a strong interest in pursuing a career as a driver. Training will be provided.
