We are seeking a skilled and experienced English-speaking Moderator to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, forums, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with our company's policies and guidelines. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive online presence for our brand and fostering a safe and respectful environment for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities, forums, and social media platforms to identify and address any violations of our company's policies
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with users in a friendly manner to build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with the community
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Utilize analytical tools to track community engagement and provide reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role in an online community or social media setting
- Familiarity with various online platforms such as forums, social media, chat rooms, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for employment in Israel

Salary:
Starting salary for this contract position is 1600 USD per month.
