Architecture Manager - Shan



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with extensive experience in managing complex architectural projects.

As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from initial concept development to final completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Oversee construction activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project budgeting, cost estimating, and procurement processes
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or project management
- Experience managing large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local language is preferred)

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1600 per month. In addition, we offer accommodation for our employees.
