Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main duties will include managing a team of architects, developing project plans and budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects to design and oversee construction projects
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review project designs for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to building codes
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
- Train and mentor junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
