Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently following all safety protocols
- Conduct pre-operational checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid license for operating heavy machinery
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read project plans and specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
