Nurse Supervisor


Nurse supervisor will oversee and manage a team of nurses, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and adherence to medical protocols. They will be responsible for creating schedules, delegating tasks, and providing support and guidance to their team. They will also be involved in patient assessments, administering medication, and communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of nurses, ensuring they are providing excellent patient care
- Create schedules for the nursing staff, taking into account patient needs and staff availability
- Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and proper distribution of workload
- Provide guidance and support to nurses, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct patient assessments and assist with medical procedures as needed
- Administer medication according to doctor's orders and monitor its effectiveness
- Communicate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Current nursing license
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of medical protocols, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
-Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location:
This position is located in Multan. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the city.
