Senior Computer Research Scientist


We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Computer Research Scientist to join our team in Porto. As a member of our dynamic research team, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research and development in the field of computer science.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop new algorithms, models, and techniques in the field of computer science
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement experiments to test new ideas
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on research projects
- Publish research papers in top conferences and journals

Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a research role, preferably within a technology company or academic institution
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning techniques
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Publications in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, or CVPR

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation assistance. We also provide visa sponsorship for international candidates.
