Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a preservation architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the proper preservation of these structures.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation work
- Creating preservation plans and designs that comply with local laws and regulations
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to implement preservation plans
- Conducting research on historical building materials and techniques to ensure authenticity in restoration work
- Supervising construction teams during preservation projects to ensure adherence to plans and timelines
- Providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of preserved structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical building materials, techniques, and codes
- Experience working with clients, contractors, and engineers
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month (part-time)
Location: Lahore (visa sponsorship available)
