Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized tools and equipment
- Collect data on features of the land such as topography, elevation, and property boundaries
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project specifications
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
- Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
