Our company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business objectives
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of all systems
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure data protection and smooth operation
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage budget for hardware, software, and technical services
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience managing budgets and making strategic decisions based on financial data
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

This is a contract position suitable for men who have their own visa. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month.
