We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against them
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competition in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
