Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing coaching and training as needed
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in consumer behavior

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
