We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have prior experience in a bakery or similar environment and be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately is essential. This is an urgent job opening, so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Salary for this role is $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Scale ingredients accurately and mix them together
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, fillings, etc.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients
- Clean work area and equipment after use

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role
- Proficiency in reading and following recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends as needed
- Must have own transportation
