Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (English Speaking)
We are a busy restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah seeking an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Indian cuisine and has a strong background in restaurant management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. You must also have excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Prepare reports on financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving targets
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
