Freelance Florist in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are searching for a talented and creative Freelance Florist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be in charge of managing the inventory of flowers and supplies, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own transportation

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs for events
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs according to clients' preferences and budget
- Source and purchase fresh flowers from suppliers
- Maintain proper care for flowers to ensure they remain fresh for events
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with event planners or other vendors when necessary
