We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto, Portugal. As a part-time Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through the development and implementation of strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client base.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the hotel's services.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in English (Portuguese language skills is a plus).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided; however, we do offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
