Handyman for Contract Work in Faro

We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team for contract work in Faro. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This includes tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, or furniture
- Install new plumbing or electrical systems
- Complete carpentry projects such as building shelves or repairing cabinets
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Faro with the possibility of visa sponsorship. The schedule will vary depending on the project but may include evenings or weekends. You may also need to travel between different properties within the city. You will be working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
