Experienced Handyman for Contract Position in Albena, Canada

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Albena, Canada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on our properties including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other tasks as needed
- Inspect properties for any issues or potential problems and make necessary repairs or recommendations
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are kept in good working condition
- Communicate with property managers and tenants to schedule repairs and address any concerns
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other general handyman skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
- Must have own set of tools for the job
- Valid driver's license preferred
