A reputable manufacturing company in Split is seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues with machines as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Knowledge of different types of metals, cutting tools, and machining processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Must have valid work authorization or be eligible for visa sponsorship
