Restaurant Manager in Siauliai, Lithuania for Indian Nationals


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include supervising staff, managing inventory and budget, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position. You must also have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and customer relations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards
- Manage inventory levels and monitor food costs to maintain budgetary goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage)
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and marketing strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport for international travel (if required)
- Graduation from an accredited university preferred
