Office Assistant (Manama, Bahrain)

We are hiring a motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is in working order
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
The job will be based in Manama, Bahrain. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the city.
