We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various computer systems
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Communicate technical information to non-technical individuals in a clear manner
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others
