As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's databases, ensuring their security, integrity, and availability. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Create and maintain database structures
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security by implementing backups and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure seamless integration of databases with other systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for database improvements
- Train employees on proper use of databases

Requirements:
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000/month (part-time)
