Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures by conducting thorough assessments, creating preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on unique and culturally significant projects while utilizing your expertise in historic preservation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to identify potential preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee restoration projects from conception to completion, ensuring the preservation of historical integrity
- Conduct research on historical materials, construction techniques, and architectural styles to inform restoration efforts
- Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings and proposed preservation plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation architecture
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials used in historical buildings
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design programs
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
