Machine Operator
A leading manufacturing company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate industrial machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Record production data and maintain records of machine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

This position is open to all nationalities, however, preference will be given to Filipino candidates. English proficiency is required for effective communication within the team. Accommodation will not be provided, so applicants must be able to arrange their own housing if not already located in Mombasa.
