Restaurant Manager (Contract) - Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a contract employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and staff performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures, as well as food preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Manage and motivate a team of staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Karachi, Pakistan. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.
