Restaurant Manager (Karachi, Pakistan)



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Karachi, Pakistan. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service and dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance.
- Create and maintain schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and other important data.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, address issues, and improve overall operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or food establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Karachi or have previous experience working in Pakistan.
