A welding company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with a biometric passport and English speaking abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in welding and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed while performing welding tasks
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Proficiency in using various welders, torches, grinders, and other related tools
- Basic knowledge of metallurgy and metal properties
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- English speaking abilities are required for effective communication within the team
