Technical Support Specialist - Clairvaux, France
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide excellent technical support and assistance to our clients in Clairvaux, France. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Assist clients with setting up and configuring systems
- Document all support interactions accurately in our system
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary
- Stay updated on new products and technologies to provide better support to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1200 per month
This is a full-time position without accommodation. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport and be authorized to work in France.
