Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team in St-Petersburg. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to assist in the creation of innovative and functional building designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts and ideas
- Create detailed 2D/3D models, drawings, and renderings using CAD software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assist in producing construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Basic understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in our St-Petersburg office. For foreigners interested in this position, we can provide assistance with obtaining necessary work permits.

Note:
This position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is required for this role as it involves working closely with international clients.
