Heavy Equipment Operator

Our construction company is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Remish. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Inspect machines before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and instructions provided by supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Ensure proper storage of equipment at the end of each shift
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to understand and follow blueprints, maps, and project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
