Architectural Technologist - Part Time (Moscow, Russia)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are practical, safe, and visually appealing. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project requirements and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
