IT Support Technician


Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both in person and remotely. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Train users on new systems or software as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and peripherals
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desired but not required
