Formwork Technician
City: Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are currently seeking a skilled Formwork Technician to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork systems to support the concrete structure of buildings or other structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork components using hand and power tools
- Set up formwork systems on construction sites
- Install reinforcing steel bars and mesh
- Pour and spread concrete into formwork
- Strip formwork after concrete has cured
- Inspect formwork for defects or damage
- Repair or replace damaged formwork components

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Experience interpreting plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Ability to read measurements accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and performance.
